Net profit of Sunteck Realty rose 38.50% to Rs 2.95 crore in the quarter ended September 2010 as against Rs 2.13 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2009. Sales declined 18.95% to Rs 4.02 crore in the quarter ended September 2010 as against Rs 4.96 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2009.
