Net profit of Sunteck Realty declined 48.40% to Rs 1.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2011 as against Rs 2.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2010. Sales declined 13.14% to Rs 3.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2011 as against Rs 4.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2010.

For the unaudited full year, net profit declined 16.71% to Rs 6.03 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 7.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2010. Sales declined 9.89% to Rs 14.76 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 16.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2010.
