      Bandhan Bank has allotted 92,301 equity shares under EOSP. Post allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Bank stands increased to Rs. 16,10,21,82,410/- comprising of 1,61,02,18,241 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up from Rs. 1610,12,62,100/- comprising of 161,01,26,210 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up.

      GMR Infrastructure has announced a strategic partnership with Groupe ADP for its Airports Business. GIL has signed a Share Purchase Agreement pursuant to which Groupe ADP will hold 49% stake in GMR Airports (GAL) for an equity consideration of Rs. 10,780 Crore, valuing GAL at the Base Post Money Valuation of Rs. 22,000 crore. This equity consideration comprises of: - Rs. 9,780 crore towards secondary sale of shares by GMR group; and
      - Rs. 1,000 crore equity infusion in GAL. Groupe ADP has also pegged Earn-outs up to Rs. 4,475 crore linked to achievement of certain agreed operating performance metrics as well as on receipt of certain regulatory clarifications over next 5 years. Thereby, total valuation assuming all above Earn-outs are successfully consummated, may reach Rs. 26,475 crore on Post Money Basis. The first tranche of Rs. 5,248 crore will be received by GMR Group immediately. This money will help deleverage the Group further and result in improved cash flows and profitability. As part of the terms of transaction, GMR will retain management control over the Airports Business with Groupe ADP having the customary rights and Board representation at GAL & its key subsidiaries.
      Adani Enterprises announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Defence Systems and Technologies has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries namely, Agneya Systems and Carroballista Systems.
      Dr Reddys Laboratories has received the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from USFDA, for the company's formulations manufacturing facility at Duvvada, Visakhapatnam (Vizag SEZ Plant 1- FTO 7), indicating closure of the audit. As intimated earlier the facility has been classified as V AI (Voluntary Action Indicated).
      Gujarat Gas announced that Nitin Patil, Chief Executive Officer of the Company has ceased to be Chief Executive Officer and Rajeshwari Sharma Company Secretary of the Company has ceased to be Company Secretary with immediate effect due to internal transfers within GSPC Group.
      Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that ICRA has revised the long-term rating of the company to “ICRA AA” with Stable outlook. The short-term rating has been reaffirmed at “ICRA A1+”. In revising the rating ICRA cited challenges faced by the company in mobilizing long term resources following the situation for non-banks since September, 2018, and the resulting weakening of its market position as a leading financier to the housing sector on an incremental disbursement basis.
      New India Assurance Company announced that AM Best has affirmed the Financial Strength Rating of A-(Excellent) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of "a-" for the company. The ratings reflect the Company's balance sheet strength, which AM Best categorizes as very strong, as well as its adequate operating performance, favourable business profile and appropriate enterprise risk management.
