26-Nov-2022 Hero MotoCorp will make an upward revision in the ex-showroom prices of its motorcycles and scooters, effective from 01 December 2022. The price increase will be up to Rs 1500 and the exact quantum of increase will vary by specific models and markets.
02-Nov-2022 Hero MotoCorp has allotted 8,200 equity shares under Employee Incentive Scheme 2014. With this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 39,96,60,866 divided into 19,98,30,433 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.

10-Oct-2022 VIDA, the emerging mobility brand of Hero MotoCorp is commencing reservations for its first electric vehicle, the VIDA V1, from today, 10 October 2022. The VIDA V1, which was launched on 07 October 2022, at Hero MotoCorp's global R&D hub, the Center of Innovation and Technology (CIT) in Jaipur, can be reserved at a fully refundable amount of Rs. 2499/- through VIDA's website www.vidaworld.com. VIDA V1 will be made available to customers in a phased manner, starting with Delhi, Jaipur and Bengaluru and deliveries will commence from the second week of December 2022. The highly customizable, Built-to-Last VIDA V1, with convenient removable batteries and three way charging options, is available in two variants – VIDA V1 Plus at Rs. 145,000/- and VIDA V1 Pro at Rs. 159,000 (*ex-showroom price).
07-Oct-2022 Hero MotoCorp has launched Vida V1- India's fully integrated electric scooter. Designed and developed at Hero's state-of-the-art R&D hubs, the Centre of Innovation and Technology (CIT) in Jaipur and the Hero Tech Centre Germany (TCG) near Munich, VIDA V1is being manufactured at Hero MotoCorp's Garden Factory at Chittoor, in Andhra Pradesh. The development and production of the VIDA V1 follows all-encompassing approach to sustainability involving compliance with strict environmental and social standards in the extraction of raw materials, plus the use of electricity from renewable sources and a high proportion of recycled materials in the mix. VIDA V1 is being launched in a phased manner, with the product being available for retail sales in Delhi, Bengaluru and Jaipur to begin with, and subsequently in other cities. VIDA, powered by Hero offers a comprehensive Charging package for maximum flexibility based on numerous customized programs for hassle-free charging at home, on the road and at work. VIDA V1 will come with a removable battery. It can be integrated at home to enable safe and convenient charging up to 11kW.
02-Oct-2022 Hero MotoCorp sold more than 28 lakh units in the first six months of the Financial Year (April-September) 2022-23. This is a double-digit growth of 14.42% over the corresponding period of the previous fiscal (FY'22), when the Company had sold more than 24 lakh units. Hero MotoCorp dispatched 519,980 units of motorcycles and scooters in the month of September 2022. Sequentially, this translates into a growth of 12.4% over the month of August 2022, when the Company had sold 462,608 units. The Company sold 530,346 units in September 2021.

The price revision has been necessitated to partially offset the impact of cost inflation. The price revision will be up to Rs. 1,000 and the exact quantum of increase will vary by model and market.
30-Aug-2022 Hero MotoCorp inaugurated the first-ever ‘Xpulse Xperience Centre' in India. Set up at the Big Rock Dirt Park on the outskirts of Bengaluru, the state-of-the-art Xpulse Xperience Centre with curated biking tracks and infrastructure is designed to provide an unmatched off-road bike training experience to Xpulse 200 4V owners and enthusiasts. Hero MotoCorp will set up more Xpulse Xperience Centres in other cities across the country in a phased manner.
