| Initial public offer of 12,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each ("Equity Shares") of Scarnose International Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs)55 per equity share, including a share premium of (Rs)45 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to
(Rs)6.60 crores ("The Issue"), of which 60,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each for cash at a price of (Rs)55 per equity share, aggregating to (Rs)0.33 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 11,40,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each for cash at a price of (Rs)55 per equity share, aggregating to (Rs)6.27 crores is here in after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 38.09% and 36.19% respectively of the post issue paidup equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity share is (Rs)10 each and the issue price is
(Rs)55/- each i.e., 5.5 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 2000 equity shares and in multiples of 2000 equity shares thereafter. |
