Board of Pfizer recommends final dividend

Of Rs 35 per share

Pfizer announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 35 per equity Share (i.e. 350%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
