Board of Shree Cement recommends Final Dividend

Of Rs.55 per share

Shree Cement announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.55 per share (i.e.550%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
