NBCC allots 90 cr equity shares under bonus issue

NBCC (India) has today allotted 90 crore equity shares of Re 1 each under bonus issue in ratio of 2:1. Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital has increased from Rs 180 crore to Rs 270 crore.
