Dr Reddys Laboratories , has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Denmark, named “Dr. Reddy's Denmark ApS” on 04 October 2024. Accordingly, Dr. Reddy's Denmark ApS is a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
