| Initial Public Offer of upto 1,00,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each (the "equity shares") of Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Limited (The "company") for cash at a price of (Rs)60 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs)50 per equity share) aggregating up to (Rs)60 crores (the "offer") comprising of a fresh issue of upto 30,00,000 equity shares by the company aggregating up to (Rs)18 crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer for sale of upto 70,00,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders (referredto as the selling shareholders) aggregating to (Rs)42 crores ("offer for sale"). The offer would constitute upto 26.63%, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital.
The face value of the equity share of (Rs)10 each.The offer price is (Rs)60 per equity share, which is 6 times the face value of the equity share.
Bids can be made for minimum of 240 equity shares and in multiples of 240 equity shares thereafter.
