Board of Maruti Suzuki India recommends Final Dividend

Of Rs.125 per share

Maruti Suzuki India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 April 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.125 per share (i.e.2500%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
