Tata Motors achieved total sales of 91,048 units in month of March 2023 compared to 89,516 units in March 2022, recording a growth of 2%. Total sales include domestic sales of 89,351 units and exports of 1697 units. The company's domestic commercial vehicles sales stood at 45,307 units in March 2023 compared to 44,425 units in March 2022, recording a growth of 2%. Domestic passenger vehicle sales stood at 44,044 units in March 2023 compared to 44,044 units in March 2022, recording a growth of 4%. For Q4 FY23, the company sold 251,822 units compared to 243,459 units in the corresponding period of previous year, recording a growth of 3%. The Q4 domestic sales rose 6% to 247,038 units. Domestic commercial vehicle sales rose 2% to 112,145 units while domestic passenger vehicles sales rose 10% to 134,893 units. For FY23, the company sold 954,626 units compared to 729,147 units in FY22, recording a growth of 31%. Domestic sales rose 35% to 931,957 units aided by 22% growth in commercial vehicle sales at 393,317 units and 45% growth in passenger vehicles sales at 538,640 units.
