Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals proposes to change name

Nagarjuna Fertilizers And Chemicals has proposed to apply to the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, for reservation of the name of the company, for the proposed change of name from M/s. Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited to M/s. NFCL India Limited or such other name such other name as may be made available by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
