Nuvama Wealth Management has allotted 25,620 equity shares under ESOS on 21 March 2025. Upon allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 3,59,48,738 equity shares to 3,59,74,358 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.
