Lloyds Enterprises fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 05 September 2025

Lloyds Enterprises has fixed 05 September 2025 as record date for interim dividend of Rs 0.10 paisa per equity share of Re 1 each for FY 2025-26. The dividend shall be disbursed to eligible equity shareholders on or before 12 September 2025.
