Marksans Pharma fixes record date for final dividend

Record date is 01 August 2025

Marksans Pharma has fixed 01 August 2025 as record date for determining eligibility of Members to receive final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The final dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source, on or after 21 August 2025.
