Maintains guidance for AUM growth at above 20% for FY2025


'Aavas Financiers conducted a conference call 07 November 2024 to discuss the financial results for the quarter ended September 2024. Sachinder Bhinder, MD&CEO of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

The company has recorded a 20% increase in Assets under Management (AuM) to Rs 18400 crore end September 2024. The onetime tech shutdown coupled with an extended monsoon in several parts of the country had affected the building and construction activity both of which resulted in lower disbursement

The company is confident of covering up on the disbursement in H2FY25. The cumulative disbursements surged 22% in September-October 2024. The company has maintained AUM growth guidance of above 20% for FY2025.

The balance transfer out has remained stable at 5.2% (annualized) in Q2FY2025.

Focus is to underwrite quality business with risk adjusted return.
