Can Fin Homes

Maintains guidance for credit cost at 15 bps and disbursements at Rs 10500 crore for FY2026


'Can Fin Homes conducted a conference call 21 July 2025 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 2025. Suresh Iyer, MD and CEO of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

The company has the disbursements level of Rs 2000 crore for the first quarter of the financial year, while recording 9% growth for Q1FY2026.

Zone wise, the North zone growth is upwards of 40%, Tamil Nadu 35% plus, and the West zone continues at 15%. Additionally, East zone growth has turned positive and posted more than 40% growth in terms of the disbursements.

Among 2 other major zones, Telangana has not shown any major turnaround. Karnataka is almost flattish impacted by the e-khata issues pertaining to the Panchayat areas and development authority areas persisting.

However, on the positive side, the state government has announced that they would be taking some decisions and would be trying to resolve this issue. The state government is trying to promo...
