In Q1 FY26, the company reported robust topline growth
across all its segments.
Management is
confident of strong revenue growth in Q2 FY26 also. However, due to significant
acquisition-related expenses and ramp-up costs associated with new capacity and
technology integration, margin improvement is anticipated starting from Q4 FY26
onwards as efficiencies are realized.
In Q1 FY26, Automotive Powertrain segment contributed 28% to
revenue, Aluminium Products segment 60%, and Industrial & Engineering 12%.
During the
quarter, the EBITDA margin of the Automotive Powertrain and Aluminium Products
