HUL hosted a conference call on April 24, 2025. In the conference call, company was represented by, Mr Rohit Jawa- CEO and Managing Director and Mr. Ritesh Tiwari- CFO.

Key takeaways of the call

In Q4 FY25, the company reported a sales growth of 3% YoY and an underlying volume growth (UVG) of 2% YoY. While absolute volume tonnage grew in mid-single digit, it was partially offset by a negative mix.

The company has completed the acquisition of 90.5% shareholding of Uprising and through a combination of primary infusion and secondary acquisition for a total cash consideration of Rs 2706.44 crore.

Management expects demand conditions to gradually improve in FY26 supported by portfolio transformation and improving macro conditions. H1 FY26 is expected to be better than H2 FY25.
