Revenue growth guidance revised to 1-3% in CC terms for FY2026 from 0-3%

Infosys hosted a conference call on July 23, 2024. In the conference call the company was represented by Mr Salil Parikh CEO & MD and Mr Jayesh Sanghrajka-CFO.

Key takeaways of the call

Q1FY2026

Revenue for the quarter stood at US $ 4941 million up 2.6% sequentially (including 0.4% from acquisition) and 3.8% yoy in constant currency term.

Sequential revenue growth was achieved despite a significant reduction in third-party costs by 60 bps to 7.3% of revenue. Sequential growth was once again driven by increase in realisation coupled with progress in the project Maximus.

Growth was broad-based, with the company’s large five industry groups and its large geographies growing yoy in cc terms.

The main drivers of the growth were the company’s leadership in enterprise AI and the company’s continued success in clients selecting it for consolidation.
