On track to improve RoA to 2.8-3.0% and reduce GNPA below 3%

L&T Finance conducted a conference call on 18 July 2024 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 2024. Sudipta Roy, MD&CEO of the company addressed the call:
Highlights:
The performance of the company has been in line with the expectations and guidance provided in earlier quarters. The company has posted highest ever quarterly profit of Rs 686 crore in Q1FY2025 registering a growth of 29% over a year ago, on the back of healthy retail disbursements growth of 33% to Rs 14835 crore.
The retail loan book now stands at Rs 84444 crore up 31% yoy reflecting the strength of the retail franchise created over the years and further sharpened by five pillar execution strategy.
The company is now sustainably accelerating its Journey towards being a top class digitally enabled and a customer focused retail finance company.
The company has attained retailisation target of 95% and retail loan growth of above 25%. Its working towards achieving consolidated GNPA o...
