Highlights:
The banking system continues to enjoy a surplus liquidity position making availability of funds to HFCs in abundance.
Total revenues of the company increased 7% to Rs 7233.13 crore in Q1FY2026.
Outstanding loan portfolio improved 7% to Rs 309587 crore at end June 2025 from Rs 288665 crore a year ago. Individual home loan portfolio gained 7% to Rs 262411 crore comprising 85% of the total loan book.
The disbursements were impacted due to rate cut and slow passing on of interest rate benefit to customers.
Total disbursements increased to Rs 13,16 crore from 12,915 crore, of which individual home loans were Rs 11247 crore as against Rs 10932 crore.
