PNB Housing Finance

Targets retail loan growth of 18% and RoA of 2.5-2.6% for FY2026


'PNB Housing Finance conducted a conference call on 28 April 2025 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 2025. Girish Kousgi, MD&CEO of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

The company has achieved significant milestones during the year. Despite the challenging operating environment, the company has recorded retail loan book growth of 18.2% yoy surpassing the guidance of 17% in FY2025.

Retail disbursements increased by 26% with affordable and emerging market segments contributing 40%.

The recoveries from the written off pool has jumped to Rs 336 crore in FY2025.

NIM was stable at 3.7% during FY2025 and the company improved ROA to 2.55% in FY25 from 2.2% in FY24. ROE increased to 12.19% in FY2025.

The disbursement yield for the emerging market segment stands at 10.25%, affordable 12.65% and prime 9.5-9.6%.
