Key takeaways of the call

The overall performance of the company continued to be strong. EBITDA margin retained its 5-year long upward trajectory growing from 24.28% to record 26.67% YoY.

The exceptional items for the quarter ending September 30, 2024, reflect a payment of Rs 27.3 crore made by the company for transfer charges. This payment follows an order dated September 12, 2024, from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) in response to the Company’s application under the amnesty scheme outlined in the Government Resolution (GR) dated July 26, 2024.
