Subros hosted a conference call on May 23, 2025. In the conference call, Mr. P. K. Duggal- Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Hemant Agarwal-CFO represented the company.

Key takeaways of the call

In FY25, the company’s revenue improved 9.67% YoY due to increase in volume and Start of Production (SOP) of new business award.

EBITDA margin improved in Q4 FY25 supported by internal efficiencies and localization efforts. Management expects to reach 12% margin over next 3-4 years.

Currently, imported content accounts for approximately 16% to 18% of total revenue. Going forward, the management intends to aggressively pursue localization efforts.

In Q4 FY25, Other Income is higher due to positive MTM on currency reinstatement. Finance cost is lower due to use of low-cost debt instruments.
