Expects a revenue growth of 23-25% for FY26

Transrail Lighting hosted a conference call on May 26, 2025. In the conference call the company was represented by Randeep Narang, Managing Director and CEO, and   Deepak Khandelwal, Chief Financial Officer.

Key takeaways of the call

Order inflow in FY25 was about Rs 9,680 crore and of which about Rs 6000 crore from Indian market. 

Order book  including  L1 currently stands at Rs 15915 crore out of which L1 is Rs 1364 crore which provides us a strong revenue visibility in the next 24 months.

Of the total un-executed order book, the T&D business is 92%. Geographical mix within T&D order book is 51% domestic and 49% is international project.

Share of substation in current order book is about Rs 1000 crore. 

Based on the order book and execution schedule, the company expects a revenue growth of 23-25% for FY26.  EBITDA margin will be in the range of 12-...
