Net profit growth eases to 10%


'The income from operation of Bajaj Finserv increased 34.83% to Rs 30953.6 crore in Q1FY2025. The revenue of Insurance (46.41% of total revenues) segment has gone up 41.88% to Rs 15,191.05 crore. The revenue of Windmill (0.02% of total revenues) segment has gone down 8.82% to Rs 5.89 crore. The revenue of Investments & Others (4.37% of total revenues) segment has gone up 63.96% to Rs 1,429.74 crore. The revenue of Retail financing (49.20% of total revenues) segment has gone up 28.81% to Rs 16,102.31 crore.

PBIT of Insurance segment rose 37.88% to Rs 752.60 crore (accounting for 12.61% of total PBIT). PBIT of Windmill segment fell 17.75% to Rs 2.78 crore (accounting for 0.05% of total PBIT). PBIT of Investments & Others reported loss of Rs 164.46 crore (accounting for (-)2.76% of total PBIT) compared to loss of Rs 168.20 crore. PBIT of Retail financing segment rose 13.34% to Rs 5,377.49 crore (accounting for 90.10% of total PBIT).
