'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended December 2024 compared with Quarter ended December 2023.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Escorts Kubota has increased 8.08% to Rs 2948.02 crore.  Sales of Agri Machinery Products segment has gone up 8.94% to Rs 2,429.16 crore (accounting for 82.49% of total sales).  Sales of Construction Equipment segment has gone up 4.08% to Rs 515.66 crore (accounting for 17.51% of total sales).  

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 0.20% to Rs 308.86 crore.  PBIT of Agri Machinery Products segment fell 5.97% to Rs 252.29 crore (accounting for 81.68% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Construction Equipment segment rose 41.67% to Rs 56.57 crore (accounting for 18.32% of total PBIT).  

PBIT margin of Agri Machinery Products segment fell from 12.03% to 10.39%.  PBIT margin of Construction Equipment segment rose from 8.06% to 10.97%.  Overall PBIT margin fell from 11.31% to 10.49%.
