AUM up 30%, disbursements rise 29% in Q4FY2025


'The income from operation of Fedbank Financial Services increased 28% to Rs 523.22 crore in Q4FY2025. Overall OPM eased to 66.1% in Q4FY2025 from 66.5% in Q4FY2024, leading to 28% rise in operating profit to Rs 346.05 crore.
Other income declined 29% to Rs 14.25 crore. Interest cost increased 25% to Rs 215.87 crore. Depreciation moved up 40% to Rs 13.25 crore. The provisions of the company jumped 83% to Rs 32.53 crore, leading to 9% rise in the PBT to Rs 98.65 crore.

The effective tax rate rose to 27.4% in Q4FY2025 compared to 25.5% in Q4FY2024. Provision for tax was expense of Rs 27.0 crore, compared to Rs 23.19 crore. Profit after tax increased 6% to Rs 71.65 crore.

Business highlights

AUM of the company hasincreased 30% to Rs 15812 crore end March 2025.

Disbursements increased 29% toRs 5578 crore.

The company has network of 694 branches manned by 4568 employees end March 2025.
