Net up 15% on higher other income and lower share of profit from associates


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Godrej Properties for the quarter ended Jun 2025 has declined 41.20% to Rs 434.56 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from negative 16.92% to negative 55.99%, leading to 94.54% decline in operating profit to Rs -243.29 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 90.92% to 93.20%.   Employee cost increased from 3.48% to 3.93%.   Other expenses fell from 9.54% to 9.27%.   Other income rose 23.46% to Rs 1185.78 crore.  PBIDT rose 12.82% to Rs 942.49 crore.  Provision for interest fell 19.78% to Rs 32.69 crore.  PBDT rose 14.49% to Rs 909.8 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 32.45% to Rs 22.04 crore. Profit before tax grew 14.10% to Rs 887.76 crore.
