Revenue up 16.0% YoY to Rs 1388.4 crore in FY2025


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended March 2025 compared with Quarter ended December 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Indiamart Intermesh has increased 0.23% to Rs 355.1 crore.  

Operating profit margin has declined from 39.03% to 36.72%, leading to 5.71% decline in operating profit to Rs 130.40 crore.  Employee cost increased from 43.18% to 44.33%.   Other expenses rose from 17.78% to 18.95%.   

Other income rose 142.32% to Rs 108.8 crore.  PBIDT rose 30.57% to Rs 239.2 crore.  Provision for interest fell 5.56% to Rs 1.7 crore.  Loan funds remained nil.  

PBDT rose 30.93% to Rs 237.5 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 32.41% to Rs 229.20 crore.  Share of profit/loss was 21.28% higher at Rs -11.1 crore.  Provision for tax was expense of Rs 37.5 crore, compared t...
