Net sales (including other operating income) of K P R Mill has increased 4.26%
to Rs 1768.98 crore. Sales of Textile segment has gone up 2.33% to
Rs 1,426.50 crore (accounting for 80.64% of total sales). Sales of
Sugar segment has gone up 13.64% to Rs 317.55 crore (accounting for 17.95% of
total sales). Sales of Other segment rose 6.93% to Rs 24.99 crore
(accounting for 1.41% of total sales). Inter-segment sales came down
from Rs 0.12 crore to Rs 0.06 crore.
Profit before interest,
tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has slumped 1.79% to Rs 280.59
crore. PBIT of Textile segment rose 11.52% to Rs 240.92 crore
(accounting for 85.86% of total PBIT). PBIT of Sugar segment fell
