Net sales (including other operating income) of K P R Mill has increased 9.73%
to Rs 1766.27 crore. Sales of Textile segment has gone up 12.30% to
Rs 1,483.71 crore (accounting for 84.00% of total sales). Sales of
Sugar segment has gone down 2.18% to Rs 260.28 crore (accounting for 14.74% of
total sales). Sales of Other segment fell 1.11% to Rs 22.36 crore
(accounting for 1.27% of total sales). Inter-segment sales came down
from Rs 0.21 crore to Rs 0.08 crore.
Profit before interest,
tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has slumped 2.54% to Rs 257.02
crore. PBIT of Textile segment fell 1.10% to Rs 255.54 crore
(accounting for 99.42% of total PBIT). PBIT of Sugar segment fell
82.44% to Rs 0.82 crore (accounting for 0.32% of total PBIT). PBIT
