'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended March 2025 compared with Quarter ended March 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Minda Corporation has increased 8.75% to Rs 1321.26 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 11.40% to 11.57%, leading to 10.33% rise in operating profit to Rs 152.88 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 59.52% to 60.20%.   Purchase of finished goods cost fell from 1.55% to 1.45%.   Employee cost decreased from 15.54% to 15.33%.   Other expenses rose from 11.39% to 11.42%.   

Other income fell 66.02% to Rs 3.33 crore.  PBIDT rose 5.29% to Rs 156.21 crore.  Provision for interest rose 176.44% to Rs 34.5 crore.  

PBDT fell 10.43% to Rs 121.71 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 30.21% to Rs 56.81 crore.
