Vardhman Textiles

Net profit up 40.0% YoY to Rs 883.3 crore in FY2025


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended March 2025 compared with Quarter ended March 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Vardhman Textiles has increased 2% to Rs 2508.57 crore.  Sales of Fibre segment has gone up 5.47% to Rs 72.12 crore (accounting for 2.85% of total sales).  Sales of Textiles segment has gone up 1.86% to Rs 2,458.18 crore (accounting for 97.15% of total sales).  Inter-segment sales came down from Rs 22.20 crore to Rs 21.73 crore.  

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 15.28% to Rs 305.60 crore.  PBIT of Fibre reported loss of Rs 0.94 crore compared to profit of Rs 3.76 crore.  PBIT of Textiles segment rose 17.30% to Rs 306.54 crore (accounting for 100.31% of total PBIT).
