L&T Finance raises Rs 1000 cr via private placement of NCDs

L&T Finance has allotted 1,00,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 1000 crore through private placement basis, to the identified investors on 15 April 2025.
