NP up 5.59% mainly due to lower tax


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended June 2025 compared with Quarter ended June 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Hindustan Unilever has increased 5.14% to Rs 16514 crore.  Sales of Home Care segment has gone up 1.83% to Rs 5,777.00 crore (accounting for 34.98% of total sales).  Sales of Personal Care segment has gone up 6.45% to Rs 2,540.00 crore (accounting for 15.38% of total sales).  Sales of Foods segment rose 4.31% to Rs 4,016.00 crore (accounting for 24.32% of total sales).  Sales of Others segment has gone up 6.38% to Rs 550.00 crore (accounting for 3.33% of total sales).  Sales of Beauty & Wellbeing segment has gone up 10.67% to Rs 3,631.00 crore (accounting for 21.99% of total sales).  

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has slumped 1.70% to Rs 3,357.00 crore.  PBIT of Home Care segment fell 0.62% to Rs 1,129.00 crore (acco...
