This reflects a CAGR of 3.5% per quarter, indicating consistent portfolio expansion. Individual Housing Loans remain the core of the portfolio at 72% across quarters. Non-Housing Loans have marginally decreased to 27.7% in Q4 FY25, a fall of 1.42% from 28.1% in Q4 FY24. Stable asset mix suggests continued focus on secured retail housing finance.
Salaried customers make up 59.5% of the portfolio, consistent throughout FY25 and self employed borrowers account for 40.5%, marginally low from 41.3% in Q4 FY24 indicating a conservative approach favoring credit-stable salaried borrowers. Disbursements grew 6.75% to Rs 4,141 crore in Q4 FY25, Rs 3,879 crore in Q4 FY24 while Share of non-housing loan disbursements rose to 29.9% in Q4 FY25 from 26.5% a year ago.
