1.85% to Rs 11323 crore.
Operating profit margin
has jumped from 42.39% to 42.54%, leading to 2.23% rise in operating profit to
Rs 4,817.00 crore. Employee cost increased from 4.94% to 5.33%.
Other expenses fell from 52.68% to 52.12%. Selling and
administration expenses rose from 10.07% to 10.24%.
Telecommuncation charges fell from 31.88% to 31.10%.
Licence fees rose from 8.49% to 8.57%.
Other income fell 22.80%
to Rs 193 crore. PBIDT rose 0.97% to Rs 5010
crore. Provision for interest fell 1.89% to Rs 5828
crore.
