'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended December 2025 compared with Quarter ended December 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of TVS Motor Company has increased 33.72% to Rs 14755.52 crore.  Sales of Automotive Vehicles & Parts segment has gone up 36.78% to Rs 12,879.78 crore (accounting for 87.31% of total sales).  Sales of Financial Services segment has gone up 11.21% to Rs 1,872.09 crore (accounting for 12.69% of total sales).  

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 47.33% to Rs 1,447.93 crore.  PBIT of Automotive Vehicles & Parts segment rose 54.42% to Rs 1,068.09 crore (accounting for 73.77% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Financial Services segment rose 30.49% to Rs 379.84 crore (accounting for 26.23% of total PBIT).
