Copper dips to two week low

COMEX Copper slumped today, adding to recent losses amid sustained profit selling. COMEX Copper currently trades at $4.67 per pound, down 2.40% on the day. Copper fell to two week low amid this tumble. Meanwhile, in Asia, China’s Shanghai Composite index ended down 0.62% while Japan’s Nikkei 225 index fell 1.30%. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index tanked 1.34%, adding to latest losses. European stocks saw mixed movement with German DAX losing 0.16% and French CAC rising 0.19%. US stocks slumped after recent uptick in last session. DOW fell to near one month low, shedding 1.1% on the day.
