MCX Morning Wrap: Base metals supported, Copper sees impressive intraday rebound

Base metals stayed supported on the MCX in morning trades today after witnessing hefty losses in last session. MCX benchmark February Copper futures are up 0.33% at Rs 856.75 per kg. The counter opened sharply lower around Rs 851 but moved up on a continued basis, breaking in green and holding onto the gains. MCX Aluminum futures are up 0.21% at Rs 258.20 per kg. MCX Zinc futures added 0.43% at Rs 267.70 per kg. MCX Lead futures are up 0.25% at Rs 178.75 per kg.
