MCX Morning Review: Copper tanks near Rs 1100 per kg

Base metals fell sharply today after steep losses in copper. MCX March 2026 Copper futures are trading at Rs 1112 per kg, down 3.5% on the day. MCX Aluminum futures fell 1.5% to trade at Rs 337.75 per kg. MCX Zinc futures slipped 1.4% to trade at Rs 310 per kg. MCX Lead futures dipped 0.29% on the day to trade at Rs 187 per kg. MCX Nickel futures plunged 2.66% to trade at Rs 1546 per kg.
