Finkurve Financial Services has allotted 31,282 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company stand increased from Rs. 14,00,19,206 (14,00,19,206 equity shares of Re. 1/- each) to Rs. 14,00,50,488 (14,00,50,488 equity shares of Re. 1/- each).
