The board of GRM Overseas at its meeting held on 26 December 2025 has approved the allotment of 12,27,04,000 fully paid up bonus equity shares in the ratio 2:1. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 36,81,12,000/- divided into 18,40,56,000
equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
