The board of Kotak Mahindra Bank at its meeting held on 12 January 2026 has appointed Anup Kumar Saha (DIN: 07640220) as:
(i) an Additional Director and a Whole-time Director of the Bank (to be designated as Whole-time Director (Executive Director), for a period of three years, with effect from the date of receipt of all the regulatory and
statutory approvals, as may be necessary from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or any other regulatory/statutory authority; and
(ii) Whole-time Director (Designate) and Senior Management Personnel of the Bank, from 12 January 2026, till Saha's appointment referred to at item no. (i) above takes effect.
Saha will also be a Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank, once his appointment as Whole-time Director
takes effect.
