Shilpa Pharma Lifesciences fully redeems its outstanding NCDs

On 11 August 2025

Shilpa Medicare announced that its wholly-owned material subsidiary, Shilpa Pharma Lifesciences, has fully redeemed its outstanding senior, secured, rated, unlisted, and redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on 11 August 2025.

Accordingly, there are no outstanding NCDs as on date with Shilpa Pharma Lifesciences.
