Timken India announces cessation of director

With effect from 30 September 2025

Timken India announced the cessation of the following directors as under:

- Avishrant Keshava (DIN: 07292484), Whole-time Director will cease to be Director effective 30 September 2025.

- Ajay Sood (DIN: 03517303), Independent Director, will cease to be Director effective 1 October 2025.
