Board of Abirami Financial Services (India) recommends final dividend

Of Rs 1.5 per share

Abirami Financial Services (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 July 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
